General Membership and ZCHECF Meetings

 

Generally on the third Wednesday evening (over dinner) of the month (except July and August), with adjustments for the annual gala and Thanksgiving.  In December, a holiday gathering takes the place of the general meetings.

Club Board Meetings - six times annually.

 

 

Any member is welcome to attend a board meeting - let the president know your intention one week prior to the scheduled meeting.
